Updated January 3, 2022

For the safety of our YMCA members, program participants and staff, we are being thoughtful and intentional about our reopening process. Based on CDC and State guidelines, all membership branches are operating with limited offerings and hours to allow our staff team to maintain facility cleanliness and control facility traffic.

Read About Our Bipolar Ionization Units, Installed at All of Our Locations!

The YMCA of Greenville has implemented a powerful new layer of protection for our members, staff and volunteers in the ongoing battle against viruses and illness. Now, all of our locations have new bipolar ionization units (BPI). These units are mounted in the central air conditioning system of our buildings, and work to attack airborne contaminants such as bacteria and virus cells (VOC), odorous gasses, and particulate matter. The result is safer, cleaner air, that is continuously generated by these low-maintenance, energy efficient units. See the diagram below, and visit this link to read more!
