Life Center YMCA at Prisma Health

You'll notice:

• New flooring in the wellness center
• EGYM Smart Circuit Technology
• New fitness equipment, including Star Trac Treadmills Stairmasters, Recumbent and Upright bikes, along with Precor Ellipticals, Hammer Strength Plate Loaded Circuit machines and Matrix benches and racks!
• New lighting in the wellness center and the pool area

We plan to enhance and add-to the robust culture of the Life Center by:

• Keeping our primary focus on adult-centric programs and offerings. Child watch will still be offered, as well as swim lessons, but we have no plans to offer youth sports programming, Afterschool or Summer Day Camp at the Life Center YMCA.
• Maintaining our partnership with Prisma Health via on-site rehab and medically-based programs like Heartlife, and Moving On.
• Minimizing disruptions in your experience as much as possible.

The biggest change you'll notice in the pool area? Lifeguards! All YMCA of Greenville pools have lifeguards onsite, per our policy. You can rest assured our team will be present any time the pool is open to ensure you have the safest swim possible, and we'll continue to offer aqua fitness classes throughout the week.

Yes! The vital community support Prisma Health provides to our community will go on, unchanged. This includes Heartlife cardio/pulmonary rehab. Moving On for cancer-survivors, Diabetes support programs, and more.
