Whether you're managing a specific condition or just want to level up your core strength and flexibility, there's a clinic just for you!

One-on-One or Small Group Training Options Available!

Build deep core muscles and improve your posture, balance, and flexibility! Work with a certified Pilates Reformer trainer one-on-one, with a partner, or in a small group setting. Workouts are customizable and appropriate for every fitness level. Trainers will assess your needs and goals, then guide you through a full-body workout using a variety of Pilates equipment.
 

  • Offering relief from back pain or joint stress, and promoting recovery from strain or injury
  • Correcting imbalances or over-training of muscle groups which can lead to stress and injury
  • Improving overall strength, flexibility, and balance to restore postural alignment and increase joint range of motion

Pilates Reformer Training is only available at our Life Center YMCA at Prisma Health located at 875 W Faris Rd near Downtown Greenville.

All training sessions must be paid for in advance. Paid sessions expire 6 months from the date of purchase. Clients are responsible for informing their trainer 24 hours in advance if they are unable to make a scheduled session. If the trainer is not given 24-hour notice, the client will be charged for the scheduled session.

Only active YMCA of Greenville members who utilize our monthly membership draft option are eligible for the POWER+ TRAINING PLAN. Sessions are generated at the beginning of each month and must be redeemed before the following month begins. Sessions cannot be transferred and will expire one month after purchase. Changes or cancellations to POWER+ TRAINING PLAN payment drafts must be submitted 10 days prior to draft date.
